There is a big boom in the IT industry these days. The IT sector has developed its applications in every other existing industry. Be it a mechanical engineering related firm or electronics related firm or even in the banking and financial sector, software programming has applications everywhere. It all started with the development of the computers and as the use of computers increased the demand for software also increased.

Also since the use of software for various tasks has increased considerably, software sales have really been booming for the past decade or two. Softwares were developed to relieve us of the disadvantages of manual labor. Manual labor had the disadvantages of inaccuracy, time consuming and is too tedious on most occasions where the workload is relatively higher. Software programs got rid of most of these difficulties. All this cumulatively contributed towards the boom in software sales.

There are a very large number of softwares available in the market. Softwares are available to cover almost any task under the sun. From a very small task like performing addition of numbers to a very big achievement of sending spacecrafts to space, softwares are available for each and every thing that you want to do. Microsoft is the biggest software developer in the world and it has a large volume of software sales. A large number of softwares have been developed by Microsoft the most popular one being Microsoft office. This software has a lot of features required on a day to day basis in the companies. The tiniest of tasks in a company like writing letters or notices is done using this software. Thus most of the companies prefer to buy the paid version of this software which provides them enhanced features. This constitutes software sales. Similar to this, there are thousands of such other softwares which are available in the market begging to be purchased from thousands of different software developers.

Previously, due to programming limitations of a particular language many types of software had certain drawbacks like they had certain limitations in performing some tasks. But as various programming languages developed, i.e., as more and more features were added to the programming languages the softwares that could be developed using them became more and more compact. They now had the efficiency to perform any task. This too was a major reason in the shooting up of software sales over the last few years.

Moreover, software’s found applications at all places, both domestic as well as commercial. Softwares like Tally made managing accounts relatively simpler. Such softwares found wide spread use in the commercial world. But such softwares were related to small scale accounting. Later on, more complex softwares which could handle large scale accounting came into picture which became very popular on the commercial scene. Softwares were also developed for smooth running of businesses by taking care of the inventories and sales very efficiently.

Let Computer Software Manage Your Company Assets

Asset management software developed by various IT companies comes handy for managing efficiently the assets of businesses and individuals. For any organization, old or new, to function smoothly and efficiently asset management is extremely important. One can define an asset as anything owned by an individual or company that has an exchange value either in the present or in the future. Some examples of assets are land and buildings, machinery, inventory, stocks and shares, bank deposits, Bonds, goodwill, liquid cash etc.

Some of these assets depreciate due to age or inflation and this will decrease the real value of an asset. The objective of any individual or company is to ensure that the value of these assets always increase by proper planning of the investment. Hence, there is need to manage these assets carefully and efficiently. A human being has the ability to manage the assets on his own; however there are limitations because of the increase in volume of assets that require handling by individuals. In such situations the computer is of great assistance. Nowadays, free asset management software is also available which saves time and effort for the company or the individual trying to manage assets.

Individuals and companies have been making investments over a period of time; they have in their possession a large number of assets and these assets have to be managed properly. Tracking of these assets in terms of physical location, current value, maintenance schedules, replacement, portfolio changes etc. has to be done on a regular basis. In earlier days this task was assigned to professionals; however because of the volume of assets involved is large a lot of time and money was spent on manually doing these jobs. Nowadays, asset management software has reduced the human effort to a large extent. The free software available in Internet is error free and more efficient than manual work.

For effective functioning any company or business requires a certain quantity of inventory which must be maintained at all times. The inventory can be in the form of raw materials, finished goods, bought-out and subcontracted components, work in progress etc. These inventory items must be tracked for efficient running of the business. Large businesses carry more inventory than small businesses. Since the inventory is an investment made for the future of the company it is an asset and requires management. Too much inventory on hand wastes money, too little on hand will cause production slow downs. So inventory must be carefully controlled and managed for a company to obtain maximum profitability. Today there is a large amount of free asset management software available in the market which can be used for creating the inventory assets database and used for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Modern companies use a large number of computers and their accessories in their businesses which are IT assets. They are expensive and require asset management. Again, free asset management software is available which is efficient in handling software/ hardware inventory and also allows networking between units. The networking module keeps track of the hardware such as personal computers, servers, printers, and scanners etc. that are in the computer network of the organization. This software is suitable for use with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technologies which facilitate automatic identification of inventory assets. This technology depends on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or transponders.

Because of the increase in accuracy and the requirements for less human effort there has been considerable increase in the usage of the asset management software which results in time saving and cost reduction for the company or individual.

You have probably experienced this. You are eating your dinner at six or seven and then, the phone rings. “Do you have a PC at home?” this is one question but there are millions of them, from an unlimited amount of companies. Telesales.

The above example is a cold-call, one of the options in telesales. And the example could also be used to explain the concept of opt-out.

Opt in and opt out are concepts borrowed from the sales area. To practice telesales you need a list or a database with contact information (name, address, phone number, etc) and with an advanced software tool, the dialling could be established automatically.

When e-mail became a new and accepted media, this same method — of calling people by batches — was transferred to e-mail marketing. It is called e-mail marketing because you cannot establish a sales by sending an e-mail.
The opt-in-way of sending email is the way in which you do not have previously approval of the recipient to send this mail. The opt out refers to a mechanism where you give the recipient the possibility to decline future e-mails from you.

E-mailing under Opt Out was also a sort of cold-calling.

Because of the fact that an e-mail is a much more powerful medium by which you can reach millions of readers in one batch, the opt out mechanism became an issue. You could imagine this, when allowing everybody to send you mails you would receive phone calls not only during dinner, but from breakfast to supper and every minute in between. This Spamming is now under the attention of laws. And sending an electronic-mailing without previous consent could be seen as spam. Opt in has become the norm.

Opt in is when you first ask or invite someone to a newsletter and than include this person on the mailing list. Simple in words, but this turns the whole marketing upside-down.

There are also other areas where the opt in mechanism is applied. For example with organ donations. Also an area in need of serious marketing.

opt out email marketing

The U.S. Government Accountability Office recently reported that fewer employers in Dallas, Houston, throughout Texas and the rest of the U.S. are offering health benefits. This is mostly because many new small employers have chosen not to pay for group health insurance due to rising costs and administrative headaches.

The study reported an eight-percentage point drop in the share of small employers that offered benefits to individuals from 2001 to 2006, from 68% to 60%. It also that reported that many employers who offer health benefits now insist that their employees pay a higher share of the costs.

In addition, the GAO said that some employers are now offering consumer-directed health plans. These plans trade lower premiums for significantly higher deductibles. Or some employers are offering mini-medical plans that provide more limited coverage at lower premiums.

“While the share of large employers offering health benefits remained fairly constant between 2001 and 2006 at about 98 percent, the share of small employers — with 3-199 employees — offering them dropped from 68 percent to 60 percent,” said the GAO in its recent report.

“Health policy experts from one organization interviewed said that this decline is likely due to new employers choosing not to offer coverage rather than existing employers dropping coverage,” the GAO added.

“Some of these recent changes to health benefits may particularly affect low-wage workers who are less able to afford higher out-of-pocket costs, and less healthy workers who use more health services,” added the GAO, which compiled and wrote the report at Congress’ request.

Unfortunately, employees who lose coverage are probably those least likely to be able to bargain for it, the GAO found. “Survey data indicate that from 2001 through 2005, eligibility for health coverage and the extent to which workers are covered have both declined most among low-wage workers”.

Currently, approximately 47 million Americans carry no health insurance — roughly five million in Texas alone. Government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid try to take up the slack by providing health insurance for the poor, disabled and elderly.

This data supports a similar study completed by the Kaiser Family Foundation. In the foundation’s 2005 Annual Employer Health Benefits Survey, it was reported that the percentage of businesses offering health insurance to their workers has declined steadily over the last five years, as the cost of providing coverage continues to outpace inflation and wage growth.

The Kaiser survey found that 20% of employers who still offer health insurance to individual workers now provide a high-deductible health plan option. And it was reported that large firms — those with 5,000 or more workers — are a lot more likely than smaller firms to offer a high-deductible plan option, with 33% offering one in 2005. The survey defined high-deductible health

plans as those with at least a $1,000 deductible for single coverage or at least a $2,000 deductible for family coverage.

Despite the growing availability of high-deductible health plans, relatively few workers are enrolled in these sorts of consumer-driven arrangements. The survey estimates that in 2007 about 2.3% of non-federal covered workers, or 1.6 million people, are enrolled in high-deductible health plans with a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), and about 1.2%, or 810,000 people, are enrolled in plans that are eligible for use with a health savings account (HSA).

Other highlights from the Kaiser 2005 survey include:

* Firms that do not offer health benefits to their workers — the overwhelming majority were small firms — were most likely to cite cost as a key factor.

* Type of insurance. In 2005, Preferred Provider (PPO) plans were more common than ever, with 61% of all employees with health coverage enrolling in a PPO.

* Future plans. Looking toward the future, more than 40% of large firms (200 or more workers) offering health benefits said they were “very likely” to ask employees to pay more in premiums the next year, while just 15% of smaller firms said they planned to do so.

* Utilization and disease management. About eight in 10 covered workers (81%) were in a health plan that used case management for high-cost claims. Among workers in these plans, virtually all (99%) were in a plan that provided management for diabetes. Large majorities were also in plans that provided management for asthma (86%), hypertension (82%), and high cholesterol (66%).

If you’re a small business owner who would like to offer an affordable health insurance plan to your employees, but can’t afford group health insurance, you should take a look at the revolutionary comprehensive individual health insurance solutions created by Precedent specifically for young, healthy individuals.
Looking for a new twist on an old concept? Fax broadcasting has been used in marketing for several years, but now there is something new. Using email and fax broadcasting to communicate with employees, customers, and associates is the latest rave in business. Along with speeding up your communication it also reduces the amount of time your employees need to spend around the fax machine either waiting to send or receive a document.

Of course having employees costs you money, but in turn the profit they generate should out weigh the cost. With Email faxing you increase your time management, reducing waiting time in the office not only for the fax machine, but also by reducing the chances of an employee getting tied up in another activity while they’re away from their desk. For only a few extra dollars you can invest in an email and fax broadcasting service that will allow workers to do everything right from their desktop. Faxes can be sent by email to one or multiple recipients, and incoming faxes are accepted by email.

Beyond fax broadcasting services your business can benefit even greater by the bundled services some companies offer. You can get voice mail, added email address, fax logs, all on one easy to understand invoice. Think all from a desktop computer your employees can remain productive; this truly is the step towards the paperless office. By cutting down on paper, service fees, and wasted time wandering in the office the services pay for them selves, not to mention the savings in long distance fax numbers.

Think how easy it could be for a single person to create the monthly newsletter for customers and with the click of a single button fax it off to all of your valued clients. No more dialing, and feeding paper into a fax machine. Email fax broadcasting allows it all to be done from one spot. But let’s get off the productivity advantages of this service for a second. What about the advantages of tracking?

It never fails that at some point in time you wish you had printed the fax confirmation sheet after something was sent. Someone one is telling you a document was never sent, but you’re sure it was. It’s the he said she said game. Using Email and fax broadcasting relieves this stress. Because you’re using an email based system to send your documents you always have a detailed record of what was sent and to what number. Foolproof backup systems to ensure you have well documented records of faxes sent to suppliers, customers, and employees.

Of course this is all just an overview of fax and email broadcasting services, but if you aren’t beginning to see the advantages of this new technology you probably never will. But don’t worry your old fax machine will be waiting for you to send that next document, of course that is until it runs out of toner. Investigate email to fax services today for you business you won’t be sorry.

If you have been in the home business opportunity industry for any length of time then you have heard it stated over and over the money is in the list. The almighty list; everyone needs one, but who other than the big boys really has one?

Well if you don’t have a good buying list then you might be wondering just how you acquire that almighty list especially when you’re new to the game of internet marketing!

Well first let me say that acquiring a list really isn’t that hard. Shop around on the internet and you’ll find literally a gazillion ads that promise you guaranteed traffic, or visitors they all use different verbiage but they are selling the same thing, a click to your website. Great! Wrong! So what?

What you need is targeted traffic that will buy from you. The almighty list is a list of buying customers. Now that is harder to get.

So if you haven’t already figured this out, you need your very own squeeze page or website. Again, not hard to do, go to Wordpress.org or Blogger.com and setup a page you can direct prospects to. The big deal here is you need to be able to control the site. As a home business owner you need to be able manage the sight yourself. That’s why I like using these two products; you don’t have to be a web designer to make these products work for you.

Next you need to have reason for a prospect to want to get to know you better. That can be in the form of a newsletter, some sort of training camp, e-book anything like that. You can create this, have a ghost writer do it for you or purchase PLR rights. And now here you go, you need an opt-in form.

What’s an Opt-In Form?

A form that captures prospects information, that coveted information know as “The List”. The prospect provides their information to you so you can begin to build your relationship and eventually a sale. Every business opportunity needs to capture this information and will have it in some form on their squeeze page or sales page.

But lately there has been a lot of talk about what should go on an opt-in list. Most big marketers want ALL your information: name, address, city, zip, phone, email, and if they could they’d take your first born. I have found that most people when asked to give away this much privacy for a free e-book will not likely give you good data.

So I like what many of the smart marketers are doing. Asking for just a little, name and email, get you on their list and then offer to send you their free CD so now if you want it you need to give them all the other info.

This works because by then your prospect trusts you and is willing to provide this data. Good tactic for all home business owners to understand and practice.

Are you creating a positive, professional impression when you email your co-workers and customers? Or, is Miss Manners shrieking in horror every time you hit the send button? Are you being efficient and effective when you send messages, or are you wasting time? To find out, take this fun quiz.

1.The tone of a professional email message should be:
a.Conversational.
b.Formal.
c.Casual – like the tone you use with friends.
d.“Yo, dude! Whassup?”

Answer: A. You may be as casual as you like with friends, breaking all the grammar and punctuation rules you want. But, that isn’t true for communicating with clients and colleagues. Business correspondence should be professional. In email, professional translates into conversational – not too casual and not too formal.

2.One method to achieve a conversational tone is to:
a.Use slang terms and jargon.
b.Use contractions.
c.Use acronyms.
d.Stand up and yell across the office. See if you can start “the wave.”

Answer: B. When you speak in a conversation, you use contractions. So, it’s acceptable to use them in email to create a conversational tone.

3.When beginning to type an email, start with:
a.The addressee’s email address.
b.The message.
c.The addressee’s name.
d.“Yo, dude or dudette!”

Answer: C. Starting a message with the addressee’s name is not only more personal, it will help avoid miscommunication and confusion. If you begin a message without the addressee’s name, the person won’t know if the message is intended for him/her.

4.When writing an email message, paragraphs should:
a.Be long.
b.Be short.
c.Be indented.
d.Be invisible – no one can mess it up that way.

Answer: B. People aren’t willing to invest time reading messages that appear too long or tedious. Short paragraphs appear easier to read because there is more white space. There is also less chance that the reader will miss a point.

5.The best way to make several points in an email is:
a.Include all the points in the first paragraph.
b.Include all the points in the last paragraph.
c.Use lists with bullets or numbers.
d.Put it on a banner and rent an airplane to fly over the office pulling the banner.

Answer: C. If you put more than one point in a paragraph, it may be overlooked. Lists and bullets make your points stand out. They are also easier for the person to see.

6.At the end of an email message, you should include:
a.Only your name.
b.Only your name and company.
c.All your relevant contact information.
d.A picture of your pet python and twin tarantulas.

Answer: C. Provide people with all the information they need to contact you – in whatever way is most convenient for them. They may prefer the telephone or regular mail over email.

7.If you know the recipient reads emails quickly and is often in a hurry, the best way to send a supporting document is:
a.Paste it into the body of the message.
b.Attach it as a separate document.
c.Type slowly.
d.Have it delivered by carrier pigeon.

Answer: A. When the recipient is in a hurry, he/she will be less likely to open an attachment because it takes extra time. The person is more likely to read something that’s pasted right in front of him/her.

8.When sending a message, you should copy (“cc”):
a.Everyone in the department – just in case.
b.Your boss and your boss’ boss – so they know that you’re working hard.
c.Only those people who absolutely need to know.
d.The whole world. Why not? Everyone else does.

Answer: C. The “cc” function is the most abused function in email. Don’t be a pain!

9. When writing a Subject Line:
a.Use something general, such as “Greetings” or “Hello.”
b.Be specific, but brief.
c.Use several sentences.
d.“If you don’t respond, I’ll send Uncle Guido to break your knee caps.”

Answer: B. A generic Subject Line doesn’t tell the recipient anything. The more specific you are, the better chance you have of getting the recipient to open the message.

10.To write a concise email message:
a.Omit wordy phrases.
b.Use very small font (8 point).
c.Type fast.
d.Omit every other letter. “Oi eey ohr lte.”

Answer: A. An effective method for concise writing is to omit unnecessary words. For example, use, “now” instead of “in the immediate future” and “twice” instead of “on two different occasions.”

11.When possible, email messages should be:
a.Extremely detailed, even if the message is quite lengthy.
b.Kept to one screen.
c.Forwarded to the author of a cartoon for future material.

Answer: B. Most readers won’t take time to read more than one screen. The shorter the message is, the better chance you’ll have of getting it read.

12.How much space can typically be viewed in the Subject Line?
a.25 - 35 characters.
b.25 – 35 words.
c.50 – 75 characters.
d.50 – 75 words.

Answer: A. Characters are defined as every letter or space. In other words, every time you move the space bar, it counts as one character. The subject line that appears in most people’s email will display approximately 25 – 35 character.

13.When responding to a message regarding the best time for a meeting, you should select:
a.Reply All.
b.Reply.

Answer: B. The “Reply All” button will send a response to everyone who was sent the original message. They don’t need to know your schedule. You should “Reply” only to the meeting coordinator. Then, he/she can select the best time and notify everyone.

Score:

13 = You’re perfect. (But, you knew that already.) Keep emailing!

10 -12 = You’re okay. Be a little more cautious, though. You could learn a few tips from my book, Email Etiquette Made Easy (http://www.keepcustomers.com).

7 - 9 = You could use some help. Try my book, Email Etiquette Made Easy (http://www.keepcustomers.com).

There are a lot of different get rich quick schemes out there. If you are looking for a way to make money online or find an income opportunity, then you have probably came across several of them. There is a program out there call List Bandit, and this is nothing like a get rich scheme; although it can get you rich. It is important to realize, that with this tool you can become very successful; but by itself you really cannot do much.

What They Are

List Bandit is a program that helps you to build your opt-in list. If you do not know what that is then you are probably not ready for this system. An Opt-in list is a list of people that choose to be on your mailing list. In marketing terms, it pretty much means you have a list of people to try and sell stuff too. The nice thing about these lists is that people actually choose to be on them; hence the opt-in portion of the title.

What They Do

There is a community built around this system. Everyone in the List Bandit community works together to build one giant list and everyone takes turns getting different portions of the list. Overtime, the system claims to be able to bring you as many as 200,000 email addresses. Although it seems kind of insane, it is very possible. There are plenty of marketers out there that have opt-in lists bigger then this one. It isn’t hard to imagine that many people together could build a list this big. There are two different sections to this program; one of them is free while the other one costs $127.00. Once you sign up as a free member, you get a very aggressive offer to become a diamond member which adds a lot to your membership.

How You Make Money

If you are not into online marketing you my be asking yourself how this List Bandit program would benefit you or make you money? Well, unless you have a product or a website it probably won’t help you much. With a big opt-in list you then have a ton of prospects and leads to make sales. Even if you do not have a product, you could use it for affiliate programs and sell other peoples products to get a commission. For the most part, this will benefit people that know more about the industry to make the most money.

What We’ve Heard

All in all, there have not been any bad reviews on List Bandit. The program is very legitimate, but it is not by any means a “make money program”. You have to have much more then just this tool to be successful. It is a wonderful tool though if you have the other things that it takes to be a successful internet or email marketer. There is no doubt however, that this is the number one tool to success. The hardest part is building a list. If you can do that then the rest will all fall into place.

The best thing you could do is give it a try as a free member for a while. List Bandit has a forum that you could hang around, and then if you get comfortable - make the move to the big time. It seems that people have mixed opinions of their services.

Introduction

Over the past ten years email has evolved into a recognized communications vehicle. What began as primarily social use is now ubiquitous in the business world. As usage has increased, so has the span and gravity of the information sent - contracts, marketing plans, employment agreements, financial data and product designs.Email repositories have now become the ‘vaults’ for over 70% or more of a company’s intellectual property (IP). As email becomes more prominent, so does the oversight required of an organization.

Why is Email Now Being Scrutinized?

The courts are now catching up to the 21st century and acknowledging the weight of digital data in litigation. The Supreme Court ruling on e-discovery and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) in December, 2006 became definitive on email management. A company/organization will now have the same onus to deliver digital media as it has for paper documents in the past. What prompted the new interest in digital messaging?

Over 90% of data is now created digitally and 75% plus will never touch paper.

Email has proven to be a formidable and broad communication tool in the business environment.

Email correspondence generally is less formal, more personal and direct. Let’s face it, how many of your emails would you want to be printed on your company’s stationary and mailed out? This direct and casual content style is of keen interest to an opposing counsel.

Email has a documented event history showing, everyone who received a copy, forwarding, date/time, and any changes that were applied.

Who is required to comply?

If you think this may not apply to you, look closer to who does need to comply -

Certain industry groups and/or public companies have regulatory compliance requirements - HIPPA, NASD, SEC, GLBA, Sarbanes Oxley, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure etc.

Any group regulated by employee related governance - EEOC, Fair Labor Standards, Americans with Disabilities Act.

If you are involved in a Federal suit (i.e. sexual harassment), or if a suit crosses state lines.

Finally, many states are now adopting the Fed’s FRCP and e-discovery rules for their own.

The best course is to assume you are required to comply. So, how does this affect you as an employer and will it require funding?

What do I Need to Do?

If you have not already, publish and distribute a documented policy advising all employees that email is a corporate tool to conduct company business. Inappropriate use, language or questionable content is not to be used. There is no assurance of personal information privacy - all email correspondence belongs to the employer.

Implement a comprehensive email archival program - not a backup policy. Backups are similar to storing boxes of loose documents in a warehouse. You know it is probably there, but you hope you never have to go find specific items. Imagine a request for a chronological report showing all the email correspondence and file attachments for three employees for a six month period three years ago.

An archival system would be able to deliver this type of request in seconds. A backup system of multiple tapes could take months, which you may not have. The ROI on an archival system becomes quickly apparent on your first request.

Will This Become More Overhead I Need To Manage?

There will be costs to implement an archival system, but there are ancillary benefits that can actually give you an ROI with this solution.

Relief on the mail server storage. Many employees never delete their email or attachments. As usage and volume increases, the need for additional storage is perpetual. An archival system could systematically delete emails based on roles/policy and retention parameters you define. The email is never actually lost, as the archival system always maintains a ‘read only’ copy. Employees can be given access to their specific emails via a browser based tool in the archival system.

Efficient storage and compression. Attachments and multiple emails are not stored multiple times. If an email with a 3MB attachment is sent to ten recipients in the company, only one copy of the attachment and email is compressed and stored. This is called ’single incident storage’. Retrieval on any of the ten users would show the email and attachment in full content. Additional efficiencies are gained by compression. A 10:1 data compression is becoming common on archival appliances.

Disaster recovery/ Business Continuity. Email has been proven to be critical to a company’s business execution and needs to be restored ASAP in the event of business interruption. An archival system will quickly restore all history to within the minute of interruption.

Compliance reviews/proactive management. The archival system can also filter content and trigger notifications. If for instance, a credit card or social security number is sent out via email and is not allowed, it can be detected as it is stored. Immediate notification to an administrator would occur allowing you to deal with the incident in a proactive mode. Periodic reviews can also be performed to assure your email policies are being followed.

Conclusion

Targeted opt in email direct marketing is one of the most profitable ways to make money online, in my opinion. Targeted opt in email direct marketing is where I make the bulk of my money online.

The key with targeted opt in email direct marketing is in the concept that when someone adds themselves to your opt in email list, they are giving you permission to repeatedly expose themselves to your promotional offers.

Compared to the one-time conversion you might get when they visit your web site the first time, and choose to buy or not to buy, with targeted opt in email direct marketing, you have the opportunity to repeatedly send that subscriber back to your sales page, effectively raising the unique visitor conversion rate.

So how do you do it?

1) Decide on a niche market in which you have some knowledge and either have products created to sell, or have access to products others’ have created (resale or affiliate marketing).

2) Get an autoresponder. I recommend aweber, because that is what I use and have been very successful with them.

3) Create a web site from which to sell these products. Put on the index, or main, page, an opt in box and some opt in sales copy – literally sell your visitors on opting in to your targeted opt in email list.

4) Create a series of emails to send to your subscribers. Vary the content from free gifts, to information, to referral letters directing them to your sales page.

5) Test and tweak every aspect of your sales campaign until you have a profitable sales pipeline.
